Trade-Up Program

Thanks for submitting your Trade-Up. We are sending you an email with return instructions and pre-paid label to complete your order. Please ship your transmitter according to these instructions within 14 days of this order placement.

The credit value for your trade-up is contingent on your transmitter meeting the item condition requirements. This value will be issued upon receipt and confirmation of your qualifying order in the form of a HorizonHobby.com gift certificate, sent to the email of the account used to place the order.

Spektrum® Trade-Up Program Terms & Conditions Agreement

The Spektrum® Trade-Up Program (“Program”) is only available for customers in the United States.

By participating the in the Program, you understand and agree that:

• You are at least the age of majority in your state.
• You are sole owner the trade-in device, and the trade-in device has no leases, payment installment programs, or other third-party interests attached to it.
• You have deleted all personal data from the trade-in device. Horizon Hobby is not liable for any data on the items submitted.
• You have reviewed the trade-in device criteria, and you have a good-faith belief the trade-in device meets the criteria.
• You are responsible for any damages to the trade-in device that occurs prior to or during transit.
• Payment or credit for your trade-in device is subject to inspection and acceptance by Horizon Hobby.
• Rejected items may not be returned to you. Rejected items include items set to us that are—in Horizon Hobby’s sole discretion—not received within 21 days of your order placement, undeliverable, counterfeit, extra items not included on the trade-in list, damaged, missing components, or not exactly matching the trade-in device description of your order placement.
• Upon inspection, Horizon Hobby may offer you a lower trade-in value for your device than the quoted value. Should you reject the lower trade-in value, Horizon Hobby will return your device to you within the United States at no cost to you.
• Horizon Hobby may terminate the Program at any time without notice to you.
• Horizon Hobby may terminate your participation in the Program at any time.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY: WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER DISCLAIMERS, THE TOTAL LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE AND PRODUCT LIABILITY), OR OTHERWISE OF HORIZON HOBBY, LLC, ITS PARENT COMPANY, SUBSIDIARIES, OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS (“HORIZON HOBBY”) WILL NOT EXCEED THE TRADE-IN VALUE OF YOUR DEVICE. THIS LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY WILL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND WILL SURVIVE CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION OF ANY TRADE-IN DEVICE.
