E-flite UMX Night Vapor - Horizon Insider All-In-One-Box Feature

E-flite UMX Night Vapor - Horizon Insider All-In-One-Box Feature

Posted: 2/22/20

When the weather outside is frightful, the Night Vapor is so delightful!

This episode of Horizon Insider features the new for 2021 E-flite UMX Night Vapor, a terrific addition to our All In One Box series! Although this plane is offered in both a BNF (Bind-N-Fly) Basic completion level, we elected to spotlight the RTF (Ready-to-Fly) variant as it ships with EVERYTHING included for day-one fun, in the box. This includes the airplane itself (preassembled), a transmitter, the instruction manual, a USB 1S LiPo battery charger, plus batteries for both the transmitter and plane.

This nifty little day/night flyer is perfect for flying indoors (can also be flown outside when the weather is optimal) and allows pilots to customize the color of the included LED lighting. This updated UMX variant of the Vapor family of aircraft now features AS3X technology, enabling and unlocking better flight characteristics than any previous model. This included gyro staves off any unwanted oscillations caused by wind gusts (HVAC vents, open windows, nearby pranksters, etc.) and makes the plane more enjoyable to fly. Additionally, you can elect to fly in SAFE Select mode, which offers pitch and bank angle limits along with automatic self-leveling that can be turned on and off at the flip of a switch, making it easy to fly for low-time and experienced pilots alike. Finally, this new UMX variant is now stronger than its predecessors making it even more forgiving during the inevitable crash.
