HO P42DC Locomotive, AMTK Phase IV 'Heritage' #164

Amtrak has painted several special locomotives over the years to commemorate its 40th and 50th anniversaries, as well as saluting America’s veterans. Amtrak recently started painting P42s into the Phase VII scheme; 82 and 174 are the only two units that have been painted as of this writing, although more units will get this scheme eventually.
