AWESOME!!

I have purchased a couple sets and have to say they are most excellent. My experience is they drop right in with minor sanding. If you are building a kit then you will be able to make all necessary cuts to prep for the extensions. If replacing pneumatic or mechanical retracts you may have to work a bit at pulling the servo extensions thru the wing. I have done both successfully, highly recommend. About to order my third set now. Happy building or replacing, you will enjoy the ease of Eflite electric retracts.

On 60 - 120 90-Degree Strut Ready Main Electric Retract

Great retracts

I just got these retracts the other day and have not had a chance to fly with them. I wanted to write a quick review of what I found and add some info you may be looking for.
First, these are great looking and appear to be very good quality. I am impressed. They install easy and cycle great.

Spec stuff.
Everything is the picture is provided.
Strut dia. is 5 mm and is about 215 mm (8-1/2") from the end of the retract to the end. I didn't measure how far into the gear unit it goes.

I did struggle with the cost of these units but it seems to fall in line with much of the hobby now days. It costs a little more then it should. Okay rant over.

I would recommend these retracts. I put them on a .60 size mustang.

Better than expectited

I own two sets of the 60 size retracts and they work excellent, so when I was shopping for retracts I kept that in mind. I thought horizons retracts wasn't going to work for my giant size p-51. All the other retracts I was looking at were around 350.00 dollars. So I just put this big boy up until I could afford some. Well, when I needed a new set for a 60 size plane I am building I ordered the e-flight 60-120 size retracts. Thinking these were what I needed since they were the same price of 159.00 like the other two set I own. I was wrong, when I got these today I was surprised to see they are for my big boy. I put them on and they fit perfectly. I am so pleased with Horizon. I want to order a couple more sets because the price is going up soon.

awesome retracts

i Put these retracts on a 72in WINGSPAN miss america and works great . plane is bigger than 60 arf and heavier. They are awesome
