Great set of Retracts

Work nicely on my Top Flite P47, got them for a Christmas gift from my wife. Very happy with them were pretty easy to install. I did have a question and a quick call to Horizon's customer service and it was answered quickly.

Great Retracts

These are fantastic retracts for a great price. Work perfectly and the installation in a Hangar 9 P-47 60 needed only slight dremel of the mounts. Since the plane already had mechanical retracts I had to fill the screw holes with epoxy and drill the new retracts holes. Have to say they are actually amazing since they don't bend at all when landing on grass which is a devil of a problem with the mechanical ones. I have had a problem with both retracts not coming down when on the bench but have never had a problem in the air when the plane is right side up.

Works perfectly

I used this with my Top Flite P-51D .60 ARF. The stock landing gear collapsed on the second flight, so I opted to go with these. You need to remove a tiny bit of balsa wood, but it is not very noticeable. These are loads better than the stock landing gear! If you own a TF P-51D, do yourself a favor and get these. A++

60-120 85-Degree re-tracts

I installed these retracts and struts in my Hangar 9 BF-109,frankly it was the easiest installation I ever did.The struts/ retract are well designed and strong with very little play at the mount for the struts.I ,much better design than my Robarts electic PRS in my TF Mustang.

The only reason I'm I'm not giving a 5 star rating is cause of the motor wiring is secure with a tie-wrap on a support and probability will break and cause a failure or the retract.Also the electric motors are just addiquick to cycle gear with strut ,but time will tell .I would like too be able to program a delay it the gear cycling too.
