Vintage vehicles require battery hold down options too. Over the years, the possibilities have opened with the introduction of Lipo batteries to vintage vehicles, securing them in the vehicle is now easier than ever. Instead of using screws with washers in vehicles such as the RC10 and RC10T, the thumb nuts are an easier way to install and remove battery packs quickly and securely. The package contains 2 aluminum and knurled nuts which are designed to press down and into most battery brace applications. Also included, 5/8” long set screws to install into the battery cups or buckets prior to installation of the thumb nuts.
