Bought 2... both go over 4.2v while charging

I monitored the charge of a 1s LiPo on the first charger I bought. It went all the way up to 4.225 volts before I manually unplugged the charger from the battery to keep the battery safe. I tested it again and the same result. Horizon Support is always #1 so the sent me a new one free of charge. The second one went to 4.215 volts during charging and then stopped. At least it did stop but it went above 4.2v during charging. Resting voltage was down around 4.17 volts but during the charge it was above 4.2v. I tested another eflite 1s USB charger which is a different model for the Blade Nano QX and it properly reduced current at 4.19 volts to keep the voltage under 4.2v during charge. All of my bigger chargers also keep the voltage at or under 4.2v during charging.
I don't trust these with my batteries and suspect you will get a reduced lifespan using this charger. 4.225v seems like a lot to not even stop during a charge.
