12-Blade Ducted Fan with Motor, 70mm

Is this product for 4s or 6s applications? I had an EDF that I’d bought on Amazon, and it was apparently meant for 6s, but I used it with 4s, and it didn’t really have enough thrust to fly.

does this come with inrunner or out runner
