Seems good so far
Review by Newflyer1 on 12 Jan 2018review stating Seems good so far
The battery seems good so far. I have had several flights and there is plenty of power left when I land. I am learning to fly so after 8 minutes or so, I am frazzled and get on the ground. The battery seems quite a bit more expensive than other brands. Being new to the sport, I wanted to get a spare that matched my original battery. I would be willing to try other brands in the future to compare. Having said that, no issues with the battery.

Great Battery and aircraft
Review by Flying2high on 18 Jan 2016review stating Great Battery and aircraft
I purchased an additional 2 batteries for my E-flite Apprentice so I could enjoy flying and shorten my down time. I am flying at about 1/2 throttle and limit myself to 10-12 minute flights. The battery comes down cool to the touch and after taking the cell readings realize I could stay up longer. I always have a battery flying, one on standby in the pits, and one on the charger. I also purchased the Li-Po Cell Voltage Checker (EFLA111) and this is really handy to take total voltage and individual cell readings. Highly recommend the Apprentice, the batteries and the voltage reader.

20 minutes of relaxed Apprentice 15e flying
Review by Rob0812 on 5 May 2015review stating 20 minutes of relaxed Apprentice 15e flying
I thought we'd need more capacity and i was wrong, throttled to a moderate cruise speed, we're getting close to 20 minutes flying, no where near low voltage cutoff and the packs come down cool. Now, the factory makes more batteries than we could count, We did have one bad cell in one pack, which is unusual, and Horizon Hobby replaced the pack very quickly.
