The 10th annual By The Fire "Halloween" is coming November 5-7, 2026. Halloween may be over but we decided to keep it going a little longer. We're turning Headless Horseman's Center into a creepy crawly, zombie bashing horror haunting. Come dressed as your favorite ghoul and build the most sinister of rigs for By the Fire, Halloween edition.
Every year we gather at Horseman's Center Park to enjoy the hobby of RC crawling, bashing, and building the best version of a vehicle one can think of. Trails, challenges, build-offs, and nightly raffles will fill the days and evenings. Come and join us again, or for the first time, and bring whatever RCs you have in your arsenal to run day and night.
By The Fire has been about friends and family having fun, working together, and sharing an R/C Rock Crawling adventure with a competitive spirit. Gathering around the fire has always been a place to look back on the day and share stories together. Prepare for your next adventure!

Online pre-registration will CLOSE on 09/10/26 at Midnight Pacific time.
Thursday, November 5, 2026, on Move-in Day from 1:00-3:00 PM will be for pre-register campers only. If you are not pre-registered, you will be turned away and will not be allowed entry until 4:00 PM. Camping is on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservation spots cannot be made for others.
