The following is a list of Horizon Hobby trademarks, which are subject to change from time to time.

The list also includes one or more suggested generic terms for each trademark. Remember that trademarks are adjectives and cannot be made plural or possessive.

The absence of a product or service name or logo from this list does not constitute a waiver of Horizon Hobby trademark or other intellectual property rights concerning that name or logo.

Trademarks such as Losi, Horizon Hobby and/or other Horizon Hobby services referenced on this website are either trademarks or registered trademarks of Horizon Hobby, Inc. These trademarks may not be used in any way, except by the express written permission of Horizon Hobby, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion or dilute the company's marks, or in any manner than discredits the company. Other product and company names mentioned on this website may be the trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners.

Using Horizon Hobby ("Horizon") Trademarks

Horizon trademarks and service marks are valuable intellectual property assets owned by Horizon Hobby, Inc. that signify the quality and standards Horizon delivers. As such, Horizon needs to protect these assets and requests you use them properly according to the following guidelines.

A trademark is a word, name, symbol, slogan, device, design or phrase that Horizon uses to identify its goods and services to distinguish them from the goods and services of others. Trademarks are adjectives that designate a specific brand or product.  Horizon trademarks should always be used before a noun, should never be used as a plural or possessive, and should not be used as a verb.

If you are using a trademark listed on this page within a product or service name, apply the correct trademark symbol (™ or ®) on the part of that name in prominent locations for US publications. If you use the same trademark repeatedly in a document, the first reference should include the full product name with its full descriptor and the appropriate trademark symbol. After the first appearance, the trademark should appear with its noun descriptor as often as possible, but the trademark symbol is not required, however it is always acceptable. Do not incorporate Horizon trademarks into your own product names, service names, trademarks, logos, or company names, and do not adopt marks or logos that are confusingly similar to Horizon's trademarks.

Be sure to give correct attribution for Horizon trademarks in the credit section of all US and international publications, web pages, advertisements, promotional and marketing materials.
