Warranty cases will be handled by the place of purchase. Please file your claim with your local dealer if you did not order from Horizon Hobby directly.

The warranty terms vary depending on the brand. Please refer to the user manual of your product for the specific warranty conditions of each brand.

The statutory warranty period is 2 years. This means that if the product shows a defect due to a manufacturing fault within 2 years from the date of delivery, we will repair or replace it free of charge. After one year from the date of delivery, the customer must provide proof that the defect already existed at the time of delivery.
