Overview

Bashers, boaters, rock crawlers—the SR415 recerver is ideal for anyone wanting a sport receiver that can handle the worst nature and the RF environment can throw at it. It's built around frequency-agile DSMR technology that delivers superb range and response, especially in places where a lot of 2.4GHz systems are in use at once. This unbeatable signal security is complemented by a fuel-proof case and a waterproof Reliakote coating that seals internal electronics from the elements and other corrosives like nitro methane and motor spray.

† For complete details on waterproof standards, please refer to the product instruction manual.

FAQs

What is the difference between single and dual conversion receivers?

Single conversion receivers have a single local oscillator circuit for demodulation. Dual conversion revceivers have a second circuit for greater image and interference rejection.

What is BEC?

BEC stands for Battery Eliminator Circuit. It takes 7.2v-8.4v commonly used for electric RC and regulates it to 5.0v which allows the receiver to operate properly without the need for a separate battery pack.

Can I plug more than 1 battery into my receiver?

Yes, 2 or more battery packs of the same voltage can be used with the same receiver.

Do I need to plug the battery into the battery port?

No, the battery can be connected to any unused channel.

Why is my receiver glitching when I run my engine?

After hard landings or crashes the receivers ceramic filter or tuning coil(s) can become vibration sensitive. Other sources of interference can be RF noise generated by bad bearings in the engine, electronic ignition systems, loose screws, or other metal to metal contact in your R/C application.
