dx5r will fit

So rather than buy a different case for my dx5r, I bought this and sure enough...the dx5r will fit no problem. I had to trim the foam up top on the door a little just because it rubbed a little, but no issues. So rather than buying a case made spefically for a dx5r, just buy this and you'll be all set.

Great Case!

I love this case! Can safely hold the radio plus batteries and more. It's not insanely roomy but if you have a boat and need to take your radio and lipo's in an easy to carry way this is perfect.

Has lock and key and is very nicely detailed.

Ultimate transmitter protection

I purchased the Spektrum DSMR transmitter case with the idea of protecting my DX4R Pro transmitter with the best available carrying case. It is not a space saver compared to traditional soft transmitter bags, but it does offer perfectly cut foam insert and of course the hard outer shell for ultimate protection for that expensive radio. Even works great with my radio in the left-handed configuration. It has plenty of extra space for receivers, batteries, bind plugs, etc. also. I am very happy with my purchase.

Q: Will a DX20 Sektrum transmitter fit in this case?

A: No it won't, this case is too small to fit aircraft transmitters.

Q: Could I fit two ix12 in this transmitter case?

A: This case is approximately 12 x 7 x 7 inches and would have difficulty containing one iX12. Two is not possible.
