This battery has got to be one of the best values out there if consider the quality, price and the fact it is sold through Horizon Hobby. I received mine today (Fast standard shipping) and I have to say it is well made and performs great. The battery appears to be the exact size and has the EC3 lead already installed. It is a perfect fit for the E-Flite Apprentice and offers a little more performance at 30c compared to the stock battery which is rated at 20c. The flying time is similar to the stock battery using a combination of Sport flying and cruising. Compared to one of the leading batteries sold by a major hobby chain, this battery costs less, especially if you consider the fast and reasonable shipping Horizon Hobby offers compared some of the others out there. This battery already has the EC3 lead installed so there is no need to solder or use a unreliable adapter. If there is anything you need, you can pick up the phone and talk with a knowledgeable representative instead of being restricted to electronic messaging only. I strongly recommend this battery, you won't be disappointed.

Got two of these and they have been great so far. I've balanced charged them every time and after 15-ish charges both are great!

I purchased drone from HH, and I absolutely love it. I had so much fun in my leisure time. I was going through the review of HH's batteries. I do find out that some customers are happy with the batteries, and some are not.

Last week, I visited a big battery factory in Shenzhen. The engineers and quality inspectors help me to understand the cause of HH's battery problems, such as puffing and lower capacity. They also send me a report and analysis. I wonder if there is an email which I can send the report to Horizon Hobby.

I hope more customers have fun with Horizon Hobby.

This is the second of these batteries that I have bought , and I am satisfied. No problems to report.

I bought one of these batteries to 'try' out, as a direct replacement for the E-flite 30C 3200maH battery...it's a great value at just under $30, compared to the E-flite equivalent at almost $55. So far so good. I've used it numerous times in both an E-flite Apprentice, and E-flite Mystique, with great results. Built quality appears to be very good, and it charges and holds a charge per design specifications. An excellent value for the price!
