How do I enroll in the Horizon RC Club?

Enrollment in the Horizon RC Club is easy! If you’ve never registered for a Horizon Hobby account to track your orders, just visit Horizon Hobby and click “Sign In/Register” at the very top of the website. Register as a New Customer. Make sure the box is checked next to “Enroll in the Horizon RC Club Rewards Program.” Finish registration, and you’re all set!If you already have an account with Horizon Hobby, go to My Account, then click RC Club Rewards in the side navigation. Once you’re there, you’ll be able to enroll!

Can I enroll in the Horizon RC Club even if I don’t live in the United States?

At this time, only orders shipping to a US destination are eligible for Horizon RC Club Rewards Program benefits.

How do I upgrade to Pro Status or Legend Status?

To upgrade to Pro Status, you have two options: you may either Purchase Pro at any time for $50, or be upgraded to Pro Status after purchasing $1,000 in qualifying products within a one-year period. To purchase Pro, go to your RC Club Rewards Dashboard and click the “Upgrade to Pro” button beneath your Member Status. You’ll be taken through a checkout process to purchase Pro. If you upgrade to Pro through making $1,000 in qualified purchases, you will be notified of your eligibility via email.To be eligible for Legend status, you must spend $3,000 on qualifying products. You will be notified of your eligibility via email.

How do I earn points?

For every dollar (USD) in qualifying purchases, earn 10 points. Your points will be tallied on your RC Club Rewards Dashboard.

When are my points available for use?

Once you place your order, your points earned will be pending for 30 days. You will not be able to use your points for redemption for a Reward Certificate during the pending period. Your points will be available for redemption on the 31st day after your qualified purchase.

What can I use my points on?

You can redeem your points for Rewards Certificates. One Rewards Certificate is worth $5, which you can use toward your next purchase on HorizonHobby.com. Stay tuned: we’re excited to keep rolling out awesome peRCs in the future for which to redeem your points.

How do I redeem a points for a Rewards Certificate?

When you have enough points to redeem for a Rewards Certificate, the option to redeem them will appear on your RC Club Rewards Dashboard. When you’re ready to redeem your points, you will be able to generate a certificate by pressing a button. Your Rewards Certificate will be stored in your Digital Wallet and available to you when you go to your cart to complete a purchase.

How long do I have to redeem my Rewards Certificate?

Once you have redeemed your points for a Rewards Certificate, you have 14 days to use it toward a Horizon Hobby online purchase. After 14 days, if you have not used your Rewards Certificate, it will expire and you will not be reimbursed for it in any way.

Where is my Rewards Certificate stored?

Your Rewards Certificate is stored in your Digital Wallet. It will be accessible for you in your shopping cart on HorizonHobby.com. You may also view your Digital Wallet at any time in your Horizon Hobby Account.

Can I save my points and redeem them for more than one Rewards Certificate?

You sure can! You may hold onto your points until you gather enough to redeem for multiple Rewards Certificates. If you have enough points to redeem for more than one Rewards Certificate, you will be given the option to choose how many Certificates you wish to generate.

Can I use my Rewards Certificate on gift cards?

No, you may not use a Rewards Certificate toward your purchase of a gift card.

What is my Rewards ID number?

Your Rewards ID number is used to identify your account should you ever wish to purchase via the phone. It is also used to identify you as a RC Club Rewards member if you call customer service. It is unique to you. You will find your Reward ID number on your RC Club Rewards Dashboard, in the upper right-hand corner.

Do my points expire?

Yes, your points do expire. After 1 year of inactivity (not making a purchase), your points will expire and you will be unable to use them. Learn more by checking out the Horizon RC Club Terms & Conditions.

Can I use my Rewards Certificate to purchase products at a Horizon event?

This is not possible at this time, but stay tuned! For now, you may use your Rewards Certificate online at HorizonHobby.com.
