Orders which do not meet the restrictions for Post Office will be shipped by
standard ground and charged accordingly without notification. Post Office
shipping does not guarantee time in transit or provide tracking. Post Office
shipments can take up to 3 weeks to receive. Lost shipments are not available
for investigation for at least 30 days. Orders shipped via Post Office are at
the consumer's risk.
Oversize Fees
Items which are considered "oversize" are noted in the catalog and on the website. Oversize fees range from $13.50 to $100.00. Exact charge will be noted at checkout. Oversize packages will not ship 2 Day, Overnight or Saturday Delivery. Oversize packages cannot be combined with other packages, therefore an additional shipping charge will be incurred for additional items on your order. For shipments to Puerto Rico, please call for a shipping quote.

| Shipping to Canada |
Standard shipping in Canada is ground delivery via UPS. All orders
to Canada may incur local taxes, customs duties and/or additional charges such
as brokerage fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the
buyer. If at any time Horizon Hobby is billed for these charges, Horizon
will in return bill the buyer in the same manner the original order was billed.
Horizon Hobby has no prior knowledge of how much the charges will be or when
these charges will be applied.
Refused or returned shipments in which Horizon Hobby incurs additional shipping
fees will be assessed on the return credit.
Canadian orders under $50 will be shipped via Post Office unless otherwise
requested. All orders over $50 must be shipped via Ground delivery.
Horizon Hobby will not honor requests to falsify invoices, country of origin
information or suppress tariff codes.

| PayPal |
For your convenience we offer PayPal as one of our payment options. As required by PayPal, we can only ship orders to PayPal verified addresses. We cannot ship an order over $50 to a PO Box, even if it is to a PayPal verified address. All orders above $250 will require a signature.
Due to the nature of how PayPal works, we cannot accept PayPal as a payment method for backordered items If your cart contains both backordered and in-stock items, you may pay the in-stock portion of your order with PayPal. We will then contact you when the backordered items are available to arrange payment via any of our accepted credit cards.
All shipping, fraud prevention and backorder policies, including all other policies put in place by Horizon Hobby, Inc., still apply to all orders submitted with PayPal unless otherwise noted.
Per PayPal Policy, all refunds must be processed within 60 days of the initial transaction. We can not refund any PayPal transaction after that time.

Horizon Hobby guarantees shipping only to the United States and
Canada. For shipping status of other countries, please send inquiries to
websales@horizonhobby.com. Please note that in many cases we are unable
to ship outside the U.S. and Canada.

Shipping Times |
Every in stock order we receive by 2:00 P.M. (CST) Monday - Friday ships out
the very same day. Depending on your location and the availability of product,
orders are shipped from our Illinois or California warehouse. Order processing
may be delayed by any incorrect or incomplete information provided by you or
your payment provider. Delays due to payment processing are not the
responsibility of Horizon Hobby Inc.
Standard shipping in the continental United States is ground delivery via
FedEx. Shipments via U.S. Post Office do not provide tracking for your
merchandise. |

| Shipment Arrivals |
Time in transit is not guaranteed by the U.S. Post Office. Air shipment time in
transit is guaranteed by the shipper. However, most carriers are closed for
national holidays and not held responsible for delays dues to weather
conditions or natural disasters. Your order acknowledgement includes a tracking
number for all UPS and Federal Express shipments. Accurate tracking is not
available until 1 business day before the expected arrival. If you have an
account, you may track your order at our new Order History page after you log
in to the Account section of our site.
Horizon Hobby and/or carrier reserve the right to request a signature for proof
of delivery. We cannot demand a shipment carrier to leave a package.

| Missing or Damaged Shipments |
Please be sure to reconcile the number of boxes shipped with the number of
boxes received. On occasion carriers may deliver boxes separately. Please note
that ground and air shipments are often assigned to separate trucks and may
arrive at different times of the day.
Please do not accept boxes with exterior damage. If the box has been delivered
without your signature, contact the carrier before opening the package. The
carrier will need to inspect the box and verify any damage before refund or
replacement can occur. |

| Hazardous Materials |
|
Hazardous materials (HAZMAT) are only available via ground shipping. Shipments
such as fuel will be charged an additional $22.50 per case. Other boxes containing
hazardous materials such as model rocket engines or igniters will also be
charged an additional $22.50 per box. Please place HAZMAT orders separately.

| ORMD - Other Restricted Material |
|
This is material that may not be hazardous but is still restricted to ground
shipping. You may choose to have these products shipped ground delivery via
ground delivery or U.S. Mail. Products of this nature are sealed batteries,
quarts of fuel, paints, and aerosols. We can not ship ORMD items to APO / FPO addresses at this time.
