To enter, complete the HorizonHobby.com Scavenger Hunt in in entirety and correctly answer all ten (10) of the contest questions. All entrants are limited to one (1) entry during the contest period. All entries must be completed by Sunday, December 13, 2009 to be eligible for the prize drawing. No purchase is necessary to enter.
ELIGIBILITY
Survey prize drawing is open to all residents of the 50 United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, and US and British Virgin Islands. Must be 18 years of age or older to enter as of December 13, 2009. Employees of Horizon Hobby, Inc. or its affiliated companies, members of their immediate families and individuals living in the same households are not eligible to participate in the contest. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. This contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. By completing contest entry, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Horizon Hobby and/or its agents. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
DESCRIPTION OF PRIZE
There will be a total of three (3) $1,600 shopping spree prize winners randomly drawn from contest entries who correctly answer all ten (10) of the contest questions. Horizon Hobby reserves the right to fulfill this prize offer with a product of equal or higher value. There is no cash alternative for the prize drawing. The prizes are non-transferable. Prices that will be drawn:

DRAWING/PRIZE WINNER SELECTION
There will be three (3) prize packages drawn for a total of three (3) winners. The three (3) prize packages will be determined by a random drawing of completed entries who correctly answer all ten (10) contest questions received from eligible participants. The drawing will be conducted by Horizon Hobby, Inc., using a method within its sole discretion. The winners will be notified by email or phone within thirty (30) days after the drawing. The potential winners will be required to complete and return eligibility forms and liability releases, which must be received by Horizon Hobby within fourteen (14) days of the date of the notification, or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate entrant will be identified as a potential winner and so notified in the same manner as described above.
If a notification by e-mail or phone call is deemed by Horizon Hobby (in its sole discretion) to be undeliverable, or in the event of non-compliance with the eligibility requirements, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate entrant will be identified as a potential winner and so notified in the same manner as previously described. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email account listed in the entry form is registered. The decisions of Horizon Hobby will be final and binding on all matters relating to the sweepstakes.
