The Whip Antenna from Revolution is such an item. It conveniently solves the dilemma of routing your receiver antenna in your R/C helicopter without crossing over some sort of RF generating mechanism. Engines, gyros, tail booms, skids, servos, and linkages can all create RF noise and interfere with clear receiver reception.
The Whip Antenna replaces your long receiver antenna with a 7" whip tube and a convenient mounting base. This compact unit mounts easily in the nose of your heli, isolating it from a lot of possible RF interference. This gives you clearer reception, and in some cases can actually extend the reception range of your receiver!
Installation is a breeze, and the Whip Antenna can be flexed to fit inside your canopy. Extensively tested before released, this product has proven itself to be very reliable.
